Since 2023 Precious Paws Rescue has been working with Fort Albany First Nation on sustainable dog population management by providing an annual spay/neuter clinic in the community. This is made possible by a strong partnership with North of 50 Veterinary Remote Mobile (Dr. Van Veen), Fort Albany Dog Control Program, and Peetabeck Health Services.
We also rely on a wonderful team of volunteer veterinary professionals and of course donations provided by our generous community of supporters! Without everyone working together, this work would not be possible, and we are grateful to each person who assists!
Please consider making a one-time donation to our clinic in Fort Albany or join our monthly donor family to provide year-round support for the work we do through our Loved At Home fund. You can help Precious Paws Rescue make a lasting difference for northern dogs and the families who love them.
