Coda is a little over 2 months old and has the perfect mix of playful energy and thoughtful curiosity. Before diving into a new adventure, she likes to sit back, watch what's happening, and then confidently join the fun. Don't let her calm approach fool you though. Once she's decided it's game time, she's off racing, chasing, and wrestling with her siblings like a little champion. She is also an impressive little climber who seems convinced every puppy pen is simply a suggestion.
Coda loves people, gets along beautifully with other dogs, and is a wonderful mix of playful and affectionate. She settles happily in her crate, enjoys chasing games, and absolutely loves snuggling after a busy play session. She's also a smart little thinker who has already figured out "sit" simply by watching and learning. Her foster thinks she'd have a bright future in agility thanks to her athleticism and love of running.
Like any young puppy, Coda is still learning all the skills she'll need to become an amazing companion. She is working on housetraining, sleeps well in her crate, and will benefit from continued obedience training and positive reinforcement. Normal puppy behaviours like jumping, playful nipping, bursts of energy, and chewing are all part of growing up, and with consistency and patience she'll continue to flourish.
Coda would love a family who is excited to guide a clever, active puppy through all of life's adventures. She has done well with people and other dogs but has not yet met children. Her forever family should be ready to embrace puppyhood with plenty of training, playtime, and love. In return, Coda will reward them with endless smiles, cuddles, and her wonderfully fun personality.
